欢迎使用 GymBuddy！我们非常重视您的隐私保护和个人信息安全。GymBuddy 是一款面向 iOS 的日常力量训练助手，帮助您记录训练、浏览动作库、查看数据回顾与周报。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。在使用应用前，请您仔细阅读并充分理解本隐私政策。

二、我们收集的信息

2.1 您主动提供的信息

  • 个人资料：昵称、性别、年龄、身高、体重、健身目标，以及力量参考（如弯举重量、俯卧撑次数等）
  • 训练记录：动作、组数、重量、次数、训练时长、完成状态等跟练数据
  • 计划与收藏：您自建的训练计划、收藏的动作及语言偏好等设置

2.2 自动收集与处理的信息

  • 推断数据：基于您提供的资料估算 BMI、经验水平，以及基于 MET 的消耗估算（仅供参考）
  • 统计数据：肌群训练频次、容量、出勤天数、连续打卡等用于热力图与周报的数据
  • 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本等基础信息（用于改善应用体验）
  • 使用数据：匿名功能使用事件（通过 TelemetryDeck 收集，不含广告标识符）

2.3 我们不会收集的信息

本应用无需注册或登录。我们不会收集精确地理位置、通讯录、照片库、设备广告标识符，也不会向第三方出售您的个人数据。

2.4 AI 周报文案处理

周报功能会汇总您的训练数据生成回顾与建议。在部分构建版本中，可能使用 DeepSeek API 撰写周报文案；未配置、正式版本或调用失败时，会回退到基于规则的本地文案。发送至 DeepSeek 的数据限于周训练汇总摘要（如出勤、容量、肌群分布等），不包含完整健康档案。

三、信息使用目的

  • 1. 提供核心功能：训练推荐、跟练记组、动作库、3D 解剖、数据统计与周报等
  • 2. 个性化体验：根据目标、经验水平与近期训练调整推荐与记录方式
  • 3. 多设备同步：通过 iCloud 在您的设备间同步训练记录与个人偏好
  • 4. 改善服务：分析匿名使用数据，优化应用性能与体验
  • 5. 技术支持：解决您在使用过程中遇到的问题

四、信息存储和安全

4.1 数据存储位置

  • 本地存储：训练数据通过 SwiftData 保存在设备本地；CloudKit 不可用时回退为仅本地存储
  • iCloud 同步：训练记录经 CloudKit 私有库存储于您的 iCloud 账户；资料、收藏与语言偏好经 iCloud Key-Value 同步
  • 第三方服务：匿名分析数据经 TelemetryDeck 处理；AI 周报文案在启用时可能经 DeepSeek API 处理

4.2 数据安全措施

我们采用行业标准的安全技术和管理措施保护您的信息。CloudKit 数据归属于您的 Apple ID，访问权限由您和 Apple 共同控制。

4.3 数据保留期限

您的训练数据将保留在本地或您的 iCloud 私有库中，直至您主动删除相关数据或卸载应用。卸载应用后本地数据可能被清除；iCloud 数据可通过 Apple 账户管理。

五、第三方服务

  • Apple iCloud / CloudKit：训练记录与个人偏好的多设备同步
  • Apple App Store：应用分发
  • TelemetryDeck：匿名应用使用分析，不含个人身份信息
  • DeepSeek API（可选）：部分场景下用于生成周报文案，遵循 DeepSeek 隐私政策
  • Gym visual：动作演示媒体版权归 Gym visual 所有，详见应用内署名

六、您的权利

  • 1. 访问权：您可在应用内查看和管理个人资料、训练记录与计划
  • 2. 更正权：您可随时编辑个人资料与训练记录
  • 3. 删除权：您可删除训练会话、计划，或通过卸载应用清除本地数据
  • 4. iCloud 管理：您可通过 Apple 设置管理 iCloud 数据

七、儿童隐私保护

健身类应用建议 13 周岁及以上用户使用。如果您未满 14 周岁，请在监护人指导下使用本应用。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。

八、健康信息声明

GymBuddy 提供的消耗估算基于 MET × 体重 × 时长的近似计算，仅供参考，不构成医疗或健康建议。训练前请咨询专业人士，量力而行。AI 周报内容仅供参考，不构成专业健身指导。

九、隐私政策的变更

我们可能会不定期更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并标明生效日期。如变更涉及重大内容，我们可能会通过应用内通知等方式提醒您。

Welcome to GymBuddy! We highly value your privacy and personal information security. GymBuddy is an iOS strength-training companion that helps you log workouts, browse exercises, review data, and read weekly reports. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. Please read and fully understand this policy before using the app.

I. Basic Information

II. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Profile: Nickname, gender, age, height, weight, fitness goals, and strength references (e.g. curl weight, push-up count)
  • Training records: Exercises, sets, weight, reps, duration, completion status
  • Plans and favorites: Custom workout plans, favorited exercises, and language preferences

2.2 Automatically Processed Information

  • Inferred data: BMI and experience level estimates; MET-based burn estimates (reference only)
  • Statistics: Muscle training frequency, volume, attendance, streaks for heatmaps and reports
  • Device information: Device model, OS version, app version (to improve the app)
  • Usage data: Anonymous feature events via TelemetryDeck (no advertising identifiers)

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

No registration or login is required. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photo library, advertising identifiers, or sell your personal data to third parties.

2.4 AI Weekly Report Processing

Weekly reports summarize your training data. In some builds, DeepSeek API may generate report copy; otherwise, or on failure, rule-based local copy is used. Data sent to DeepSeek is limited to weekly training summaries (attendance, volume, muscle distribution, etc.), not your full health profile.

III. Purpose of Use

  • 1. Core features: Training recommendations, workout logging, exercise library, 3D anatomy, data review, and weekly reports
  • 2. Personalization: Adapt recommendations and logging to your goals, experience, and recent training
  • 3. Multi-device sync: Sync records and preferences across your devices via iCloud
  • 4. Service improvement: Analyze anonymous usage to optimize performance and experience
  • 5. Technical support: Resolve issues you encounter

IV. Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Location

  • Local: Training data via SwiftData on device; falls back to local-only when CloudKit is unavailable
  • iCloud: Training records in your CloudKit private database; profile, favorites, and language via iCloud Key-Value
  • Third parties: Anonymous analytics via TelemetryDeck; AI report copy may use DeepSeek API when enabled

4.2 Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. CloudKit data belongs to your Apple ID and is controlled by you and Apple.

4.3 Retention

Data is retained locally or in your iCloud private database until you delete it or uninstall the app. Local data may be cleared on uninstall; manage iCloud data through your Apple account.

This app is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 14, please use the app under guardian guidance. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

VIII. Health Information

Burn estimates are approximate (MET × weight × duration) and are for reference only — not medical or health advice. Consult a professional before training and exercise within your limits. AI weekly reports are for reference only and do not constitute professional fitness guidance.

IX. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date. Material changes may be communicated via in-app notice.
