When you use AI auto-organization, AI assistant Q&A, comparison analysis, and similar features, relevant material content will be sent to the LLM provider you configure (such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) for processing. We do not store the specific content you send to AI services, and we do not upload your API keys to our servers.

Important Notice: When calling large language models, content leaves your device. Please do not upload sensitive information.

• Local Workspace: Your briefing materials and organized results are primarily stored in .mlg workspace files at locations you specify, under your full control
• System Keychain: API keys you configure are encrypted and stored locally in the system keychain, not uploaded to any third party
• OCR Processing: Image OCR is performed locally on your device without network dependency
• Third-Party AI Services: When AI features are enabled, relevant content is sent to your chosen LLM provider, and data processing follows its privacy policy

4.2 Data Security Measures

• API keys are encrypted and stored in the system keychain
• Workspace data is saved as local files, with access controlled by you and the operating system

• Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your saved .mlg workspace files
